About

What Did I Just Watch is a horror, thriller & sci-fi movie review site. It is written from the point of view of Lady Shasha, a Generation X latchkey kid who grew up on cable TV, drive-in theater and mom & pop video store culture.

Generation X = People born from 1969 to 1980 (Some sources say 1974  to 1984). This Generation is the first to grow up with cable TV, video games, personal computers, VHS tapes and then DVDs.

Latchkey Kid = Children of working parents, who had no babysitter. This term comes from children having their house key on a necklace, because they were too young to carry a set of keys.

Comments are welcome. I love to hear what you think, but racist, homophobic, or sexist comments will be deleted. It's not that kind of party.
